My Top 10 is a portfolio project that I created to help me learn and grow as a Support Engineer while I am in between jobs.
The application itself is not designed for official use, but rather acts as a focal point in a simulated support environment. Grok AI plays the roles of diverse
customer and developer archetypes with different personalities and levels of expertise. It is my job to work with the "developer" toward a resolution to
the reported issue.
The URLs below allow recruiters and hiring managers to evaluate my work in a number of ares including customer interaction, internal collaboration, creating and maintaining
